My appointment with Dr. Kronowski was absolutely wonderful. I felt like I had a pedicure by the time I left his office

Being a patient of Dr. Kyle Kinney for years, when I called the office he had left. They said that I could make an appointment with Dr. Kronowski for May 31, 2023 at 8:30. Had no problems signing in (but did witness an elderly gentleman that had to get a ride from out of town, turned away because he forgot his insurance card.😢😥). Once the nurse called me back she took me to a room. The Dr came in looked at my toe and wanted to know what the problem. I've been a patient of Dr. Kronowski for over 20 years. I highly regard his foot care treatment. My wife also sees him for her foot care. Together, we regard his foot care practice as the best we have ever been to. He is very attentive and articulate to our foot care.
I wish i had the ability to rate the actual Dr, but I never got that far. The referral/scheduling office is COMPLETELY incompetent. Had to call multiple times to confirm referral and schedule appointment, this after my PCP's office confirmed that the referral had been sent and approved. Finally called on 11/14 and was able to schedule an appointment for 11/25. I get to the office and sign in. My insurance and drivers license are given to the woman at the front desk, and I'm given paperwork to fill out. Shortly thereafter, I ... read more
