Went for a scheduled 9:45 appointment, upon check-in the person working the front desk said she didn't have us down because she forgot to put us on her schedule when we made the appointment. We were told to take a seat and they could work us in. No apology, no extra accommodations for their mistake. Left after an hour,thanks to the girl up front, will never return.
My prescription did not get called into my pharmacy, at least not timely, if at all. Worse yet, don't bother trying to call this office. Their phone service is awful. I've called three times about my prescription and yet to speak to a person. It rings and rings for a while. Then an auto attendant picks up and spend a while thank you, and telling you how important your call is. Then you hear all the press 1, press 2, etc., options. Then you get music.
