Very prompt and professional.
Dr Hong has absolutely no bed side manner whatsoever, was extremely aggressive during my visit. As someone who works in the medical field, I was shocked by her behavior — I’ve never encountered a physician so dismissive and rude. She showed zero interest in listening to my concerns and made it clear she did not want to be there. I was not leaving until what she said made some kind of since to which it still didnt not. Don’t feel like they really cared about my foot pain or addressed it fully. Super quick to sell me on orthotics.

Dr. Hong is the rudest most unprofessional Dr I have ever seen. She is impatient, doesn’t listen, and unkind. She needs lessons in listening, compassion and empathy. I most definitely do not recommend her. The front desk staff was kind and apologized and rescheduled my follow up with a Dr she said was very kind so I’ll give the clinic another chance.
