Dr Hong was the rudest ,most aggressive, ABRASIVE , unprofessional doctor I’ve ever met. Zero “ bedside manner “ didn’t listen or explain , RUDE . I would never recommend her . The front desk staff was helpful and kind .

Walked into my son’s appointment on time, just to see the front staff and Dr huddled around hanging out laughing with the lights off. Just to ask me to reschedule, because they wanted me there 30 mins prior (wasn’t said when I booked for my son) I picked up all my children early from school to get to this appointment on time. No one called me to reschedule and the office had no one waiting. Previous review said Dr was 45 mins late, so I don’t understand the problem. We will go elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My husband waited a month for the appointment, then waited 45 minutes past his appointment time. The podiatrist just walked in 45 minutes late, hardly introduced herself, and then just took a scalpel to his feet. She refused to treat him, gave him a product referral on Amazon, and then charged a $50 copay.

How can you only be open 3 out of 7 days of the week?? It must be the "follow up" appointments where the doctor already knows there's absolutely nothing they can do because the are not a hematologist but still want to charge my insurance for a "follow up" visit and get that co-pay. The office staff seriously must make like $40+ an hour to only be able to work 3 days a week. Must be nice as rude as they are on the phone and voicemail, which is some girl saying really rudely "leave a message". I will be looking for another ped... read more
