Love her job. Helps my feet healing
Dr. Hong is the rudest most unprofessional Dr I have ever seen. She is impatient, doesn’t listen, and unkind. She needs lessons in listening, compassion and empathy. I most definitely do not recommend her. The front desk staff was kind and apologized and rescheduled my follow up with a Dr she said was very kind so I’ll give the clinic another chance.
That doctor is not nice nor professional Dr. Hong. Went to go get treated physically for some painful wounds on my feet, instead I got treated like I was trash! Never coming back here ever again I hope this place gets shut down!
Dr Hong was the rudest ,most aggressive, ABRASIVE , unprofessional doctor I’ve ever met. Zero “ bedside manner “ didn’t listen or explain , RUDE . I would never recommend her . The front desk staff was helpful and kind .
