Went in with nail problems with a toe and it was efficiently and effectively taken care of. The office is very clean - really nice. Dr Doi is knowledgeable, efficient and does a great job.
They’re quite literally never answer the phone. I have called serval different times, several different days and have not gotten through to them once. It’s ridiculous and .
I had to wait an hour over my appointment but the wait was worth it in the end.
Dr. Niemann and his staff are very valuable and definitely treat their patient's like family! He is by far an amazing Podiatrist and Amelia and Justin have been great to work with also! I'd definitely recommend Dr. Niemann and his staff for any and all foot and ankle surgery's as they're all extremely professional 😉 and happy to assist you in any way, I'd give them 5 star's! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! 😊😘🙏🏻
Went to get fitted for orthopedics two months later and they still won’t follow up calls to get an authorization for my insurance so I can complete getting some shoes! Horrible customer service and patient Dr relationship. Would not recommend this place
