wanted to give a special shout out and thank you for their employee Denise who was at the counter today. My husband‘s appointment was supposed to be at the Chandler location on Queen Creek but instead it was scheduled all the way out off of Rittenhouse. Any other doctors office thses days would either make you feel like an inconvenience, or simply say tough luck can't help you. But not Denise! Went in with nail problems with a toe and it was efficiently and effectively taken care of. The office is very clean - really nice. Dr Doi is knowledgeable, efficient and does a great job.
They’re quite literally never answer the phone. I have called serval different times, several different days and have not gotten through to them once. It’s ridiculous and .
I had to wait an hour over my appointment but the wait was worth it in the end.
