Staff is not very welcoming at all and before the front desk can schedule you, you must give her your insurance ID # over the phone instead of bringing it in.. heads up.
Staff was very unfriendly. Filled out paperwork prior to appointment. Pretty sure nurse didn’t even look at the paperwork I filled out. Dr Nelson came in barely looked at my foot. He was in the room a totally of 2 minutes. But they sure wanted my $50 co-pay. I wasn’t impressed with the visit .
Dr Nelson, took care of my foot problem,I had gone to 2 other Dr.and they didn't take care of it!!
I have been a couple times now, the entire staff is very nice and helpful with everything, the dr is great, he told me what the issue was right up front and said what to do, I like that, no beating around the bush.
