Dr. Nelson La and the entire staff deserve every bit of this 5-star review. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care. The doctor took the time to actually listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment. Staff is not very welcoming at all and before the front desk can schedule you, you must give her your insurance ID # over the phone instead of bringing it in.. heads up.
Staff was very unfriendly. Filled out paperwork prior to appointment. Pretty sure nurse didn’t even look at the paperwork I filled out. Dr Nelson came in barely looked at my foot. He was in the room a totally of 2 minutes. But they sure wanted my $50 co-pay. I wasn’t impressed with the visit .
Dr Nelson, took care of my foot problem,I had gone to 2 other Dr.and they didn't take care of it!!
