so rude and unprofessional, they won’t let you know that your insurance isn’t valid/that they won’t take it until after your appointment time while you’re sitting there halfway done with your paperwork! also, when you walk in they ignore you for at least 5 minutes. who doesn’t love that?

**update**The lady at the front desk is rude. She collected our deductible before we were even seen which is fine. I can understand policy but she continued to argue with me about the insurance instead of politely explaining it to me. I went ahead and pulled the benefits on availity myself. Still not seeing what she was saying. She was not clear about pricing or codes and contradicted what was being done and also what was being collected. She was very arrogant.
