Om....these people lostm medical records and now that im having slight complications from a surgery years ago(about 5 yrs) nobody can help me because they can't find my records. SI'll waiting on the office manager to call me back which every time I call she's "gone for the day" Staff not friendly at all. Attitude with me because they lost my medical records? Not acceptable at all. Any suggestions Any one??
Ordered my orthotics and seen the doctor on May 23, 2017 and just received them on June 29, 2017.They sent me a bill two weeks ago asking for the remaining balance before I even seen the orthotics they ordered. Then they never called to say they are in the office, when I called they said I could come pick them up. So I went from Clayton to Raleigh for them to say please sign this form since you are taking them and not seeing a doctor, and you will not be able to return them if they are not fitting right. The actual podiatrist was excellent but the reception,tech person and discharge person had no personality and wasn't very adult friendly !!!!! It doesn't hurt to smile!!!!!
