Dr. Pierce was great however, I had to repeatedly explain the MRI approval process to their scheduler and she still sent in the MRI to Chenal without an actual approval. Email receipts and everything of explaining but she just couldn't get it. Now having to go somewhere else for care. Disappointing.
Dr Pierce is forceful, weird, and doesn’t care about her patients. Go anywhere else but here.
Pam, the front desk clerk has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! She is very unapologetic for her lackluster & unprofessional behavior. I have called the office about 3 times for appointments, questions, etc… & each time she answers the phone with, “Thanks for calling foot & ankle, hold please,” then promptly puts the call on hold. I understand offices get busy, but this was each & every call. I got the feeling that she does that often. When I mentioned this curt answering process, she then got smart with me!
