My sister had the worst experience of her life. She was in so much pain and the doctor was more concerned about the work he did than the fact that his orthotic gave her MORE pain than before. She returned the $325 painful item and no ONE called to follow up and resolve the situation. He still talks that he "CAN'T" do anything about it. Who's business is it?
