Besides the wonderful care my husband received from Dr. Marshall, I wanted to thank the administrative staff, notably, Sandra in Authorizations, that went above and beyond to help us navigate insurance issues in areas that she was not required to help. In a challenging medical time, it was a wonderful relief to have someone care about the overall process, which includes insurance filings. Thank you Sandra!
Dr Wrege is so kind. He's a very caring person. The lady at the front desk was a little impatient, but the rest of the staff was super helpful.
