Been calling no answer for three days in a row had call Portland office to get the answers I need They transferred me over still no answers very Unprofessional phone just rings no answering service had to book an appointment Through the Portland Office have not received a phone call to confirm my appointment or if they received all the information they needed

(TDLR: I lost 4 hours of my life trying to accommodate this business and their lack of technology.). I attempted to get a referral sent to this practice at the Corpus Christi location. I called for two weeks, they first told me they would call when they received the referral. Never heard back. Confirmed with PCP it was faxed 2 weeks ago. Came in for an emergent foot injury visit to the Portland clinic. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a beautiful friendly receptionist and staff. We were quickly seen by Dr. Goolsby who has the most professional and caring bedside manner. He diagnosed what was going on with injury and prescribed medication. Within a couple of hours was feeling so much pain relief. Felt very blessed that we were able to get in so quick to be seen. Highly recommend.
