About two years ago, Dr Figliuzzi was supposed to take care of my ingrown toenail. It's been in pain all this time. I am afraid to have anyone do anything about it because of my experience with her. She jabbed the flesh next to the nail deeply but didn't remove any part of the nail. When I got home, I removed the gauze to soak and that's when I discovered what she did. I was hoping to become a new patient of this practice. However, I spent 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. I kept getting a message telling me where I was in the queue. I made it all the way to position number one and stayed there for 15 minutes. No one ever answered the phone. Don't know what that says for patient appointments but I will definitely be looking for another podiatrist!!
