Dr Achille and the medical staff were fine in person. The first problem was that even though they're in-network for my insurance company, the insurance company isn't reimbursing any of it, even the office visit, because the medical notes weren't complete enough, according to the insurance company. Secondly, part of the treatment was for a custom fit orthotic insole, which I paid half of up front, back in February, and was told they would call me to schedule a follow up whenever they arrived. I want to start by saying I have been a patient here for about 5 years. I have used Dr. Luh for both myself and my daughter. When I initially went in for myself, I found Dr. Luh to take his time and explain to me what my options were and he performed an ingrown toenail procedures on me. So several years later I took my daughter when she had the same issue. Dr, Achille and her staff are EXCELLENT. Friendly, efficient and very helpful! From the cheerful greeting when I arrived, to the quick and easy checkout, the whole visit was great. Dr. Achille is a GEM!

I had a great experience with Dr. Luh and the entire team at Foot and Ankle Solutions. They not only provided great care for my son, but also made him feel incredibly comfortable throughout his treatment.
