Front desk staff were extremely rude and condescending. Had a first appointment for my 89 year old father at 9 am. Waited 2 hours and when asked how much longer, was told they were triple booked bcz of their doctor canceling appointments the previous Monday. Was scheduling follow up appointment and was told better take an earlier time since I did not like to wait. Waiting was not the issue. Their incompetence of overbooking was the issue. This place has a great staff and comfortable setting was in and out no time flatt.
