Dr DiNucci made me feel extremely comfortable from our first meeting. His office runs like a Swiss clock. Wait time was minimal and all of Dr DiNucci's associates who facilitate you prior to seeing the Dr are all very professional. The surgery was easy and again the surgery center was extremely efficient and well run. Most importantly, the results were perfect! Thanks Dr DiNucci!
I only wish anyone going to see this Dr. now can see the pain I am in after three surgeries with him. My toes hurt me night and day and never stop. It is right that I was told by him that he could fix it? The worst part is when I moved and called he did not care. I wrote him a letter and still no response. Please be aware. If you look at the reviews why should there be any bad reviews and yet there sadly are. No stars would be way more appropriate.
Dr Dinucci's staff gave me an appointment the day I called. Dr. Ninucci diagnosed the problem quickly, numbed the toe and cut away the problem part of the nail. Mine was a simple problem for the Doctor it would not have been so simple for urgent care plus the fact I could get into see the doctor quickly was invaluable. Also, a couple years ago Dr. DiNucci surgically removed a very painful tailor's bunion and implanted a small screw to fill the gap in the foot bone structure for my wife. Perhaps the worst "Dr office" I have ever walked into. As I was walking out, a woman there nearly yelled at me, saying " we need to find out how much you have to pay"...I was stunned. 'Pay for what' I've got insurance'...She replied so rudely.."Insurance doesn't cover for that rubber thing you've got on the foot"..."stay here and don't move" she kept on saying So, I was standing there like an idiot until all those pinheads will find out what is the cost of this little rubber. Wish I could have made it back to even see Dr. DiNucci, as he did come highly referred. I had decided to try him out after a recommendation of HIS work and demeanor, despite knowing that my boyfriend had cancelled his appointment because the front desk staff was so rude. Unfortunately I had the same experience. Both Holly and the older lady with the accent at the front desk were so unbelievably rude and unprofessional, I left my appointment before ever making it back to see the doctor. Dr. Kris DiNucci left my foot DEFORMED!! He performed a simple bunionechtomy surgery on me and my toe was pulled in the opposite direction as my foot. Dr. DiNucci said he could fix the toe, so I flew back to AZ for another surgery. The second surgery was worse. Dr. DiNucci over corrected my toe, shaved too much bone and now my foot is DEFORMED!! Excellent care for years from him and his staff. I am continuing to have a lot of pain and recently called for appointment and was told he no longer sees patients with Medicare and CHAMPVA as secondary. What a disappointment because now I need to find a new doctor. I know it was taking longer than normal to pay but recently updated everything and are paying a lot faster
