Highly recommend this provider. Received very effective care for a very challenging fracture. Dr. Sanandaji and his team were attentive to my specific needs, rather than following a generic standard of care model. The demeanor of the team was such that I felt empowered to engage in dialog about my situation, so that I could be reassured that the approach to treatment was appropriate & so that I would know what habits/actions I myself should maintain to ensure proper recovery between appointments. Dr Sanandaji is very caring and compassionate. He is always cheerful and attentive.
Terrible billing/office experience. Do not use. I was charged $750 for orthotics that my daughter paid $250 for in the same office. I was told the difference would be reimbursed through insurance, only to find out that insurance claim was never submitted. Multiple repeated calls went unanswered/unreturned. The doctor was nice and friendly when it came to fitting for orthotics, but overall the experience was terrible and there is still no resolution.
Dr. Sam is simply the best! As a Type 1 Diabetic, foot care is very important and I'm so glad I found him years ago. He and his office staff are exceptionally kind. Not only is he is especially attentive, taking the to listen (I never feel rushed out), he also educates and explains what is happening and why. I especially love that.
