I have been seeing Dr. Sam for several years now, and after finding him, I truly cannot go back to anyone else. I drive all the way from Calabasas now, and he is honestly worth every mile. He has the best bedside manner, he is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and truly invested in helping people feel better. Highly recommend this provider. Received very effective care for a very challenging fracture. Dr. Sanandaji and his team were attentive to my specific needs, rather than following a generic standard of care model. The demeanor of the team was such that I felt empowered to engage in dialog about my situation, so that I could be reassured that the approach to treatment was appropriate & so that I would know what habits/actions I myself should maintain to ensure proper recovery between appointments. Dr Sanandaji is very caring and compassionate. He is always cheerful and attentive.
Terrible billing/office experience. Do not use. I was charged $750 for orthotics that my daughter paid $250 for in the same office. I was told the difference would be reimbursed through insurance, only to find out that insurance claim was never submitted. Multiple repeated calls went unanswered/unreturned. The doctor was nice and friendly when it came to fitting for orthotics, but overall the experience was terrible and there is still no resolution.
