Came there a few weeks ago and had the Miami Bowl, a cheese pizza, a few bags of chips, and a few drinks. Spent about $55, pricing wasn’t an issue. I did run into a bit of a problem and when speaking to the manager about said issue, his breath REEKED of alcohol. Nonetheless, the issue was resolved and I enjoyed the rest of my time there.
The Miami Bowl is a good Chipotle alternative. It is what it is - there's going to be a ton of wailing kids, exhausted staff who stare at you blankly, and it's generally misery for everyone. The buzzer range is short so don't go far. With all the options nearby you have to understand that this place is a last resort for people and the experience reflects that.
Food was good, great selection of drinks. We were served by Kiya who was lovely and friendly, she was very helpful and kind. She deserves recognition!
Food took THIRTY MINUTES to come out. Beeper went off at 20. Looked at my number and told me to stand to side while other people were served. Over priced. Dry chicken.
