Horrible product. Horrible service. The ring I had designed (in detail) was nothing like the ring I was presented with. The actual quality/value of the diamonds was far below what Alan Blom appraised them at (by thousands of dollars). When trying to resolve the matter, he refused my phone calls. Beware of Blom International.
Blom International exceeded all of my expectations and my wife and I were able to find the perfect diamond and create a custom ring that shows both the beauty of the diamond and the personality of my wife. Alan is wonderful to work with. He is very personal, and gets you a good price for what you want. I told him my budget for a ring, and he helped me get the engagement ring and the wedding band to fit in my budget. And we also got more diamond for our money then we would of got anywhere else. The Blom's are amazing to work with. They were so friendly, kind, and helpful. My experience shopping for rings with them has been amazing. They truly helped us find the rings we were looking for from a huge selection of products, for a great price. The finished product always comes out gorgeous. Talk about going direct to the source! Alan and Babara have treated us better than I would have thought possible. I was able to get custom work and exactly what I wanted for my wife on more than one occasion. The price was exceptional, but the security of their knowledge and experience in every phase of the industry could not be surpassed.
