Our homemade sausages and crab cake appetizers along with Zingermans bread were positively delicious! Our server Carol was delightful!

My sister took us for the first time, I was skeptical but the food was amazing and the atmosphere was glowing with positive enegry. Our waiter was always smiling and making sure we had all we needed, even though they were in the middle of a lunch rush.
VERY disappointed and they don't know what customer service means. I wouldn't go here again. I ordered a salad to-go with chicken. There were maybe 5 small strips the size of a McDonald's french fry on my salad and I paid an extra $5 for that?! Instead there were huge globs of cheese on the salad. When I returned home, I called and expressed my disappointment. I was simply told "Sorry, that's too bad but we pre-portion everything." Do they not know that the customer is always right? We had decent service. The food is very overated. Bland and nothing special, I could whip up better tasting food with flavor in about ten minutes. Very small portions. And exnesive for the taste of the food. Nice setting and location but the food was not satisfying.
