Really confused about Food City’s Pharmacy customer service. I had never used them before, I checked prices and they were the cheapest for my prescription. My Dr called them last week and I have been waiting and waiting for someone to call when my script was filled. No call so I called them. I was told my script was filled last week, but no one picked up so they placed my script back on the shelf. Serious.....any pharmacy I have ever dealt with has out bound calling.
