The pharmacists and techs are very kind and help a lot. Keesha in particular is always extremely sweet! I feel good about having my medicine refilled here,trust the team, and the app works decently as well. Now if only y'all could get rid of the clipboard that everyone touches in the drive through, lol...

Good pharmacy but it was expensive
The pharmacy is impossible to work with. My husband, who has congestive heart failure and high blood pressure, is on 7 different prescriptions, all heart- and blood pressure-related. It is ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL that he takes his medicines as his cardiologist prescribed. However, Food City seems to try to find any "reason" they can to refuse to refill his prescriptions.
