We have been in the program for four years. We have about 1.5 years left. If I had it all to do over again, I would have never started. The customer service is terrible, the cost is massive. We have just been told we need to change the location of our appointments. They suggest we can opt out of the change, but the risk is that the program could take much longer and appointments might be missed if FAI doctors are sick (ie, it could cost much more). My son is half way through his treatment and is now eating 7 nuts he used to be allergic to and working on the last 4! Thank God for this program!! And that we didn’t listen to my local allergist who said false things about this clinic! Don’t let local allergists who are threatened by new treatments that are better than theirs convince you not to do this! It’s a miracle treatment!
The customer service is absolutely terrible, constantly get disconnected, if your kid is having a reaction, you need to wait in a phone queue with zero people in front of you for 30 minutes only to be hung up on or told to send a message through TIPs. Hung up on multiple times mid conversation. Having a child microdose allergens and then have unprofessional unqualified workers lazily hang up on people amidst having anaphylaxisis going to kill somone. Not my child.
