I have called them asking for help reaching a property manager at a different Altman owned building in the area. Even though it’s not part of their job the lady on the phone was so nice and willing to help and get a hold of someone for me!

Terrible apartments. Management does absolutely nothing to address ongoing issues. Almost every day, minors are partying inside the building and drinking alcohol. Building M constantly smells like marijuana, yet management never takes any action. The first-floor ( basement floor) apartment is another major concern. I am writing this letter to formally register my extreme dissatisfaction with the management’s complete inaction regarding ongoing noise violations and disruptive behavior caused by the residents and guests of Unit M1. Every weekend, the residents in M1 host loud parties, play music at high volumes, and engage in aggressive arguments late into the night. This place is awesome next to the fonthill castle the staff is nice the neighbors are a little noisy but that’s not the apartments fault over all this is the best

Living at Fonthill has been fantastic! It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood right in Doylestown. The grounds are neat and well kept, both office and maintenance staff are quick and responsive to any need. I highly recommend!
