they took me in with no appointment and I did not need to wait more than 20 minutes before speaking with the vet tech and then the doctor. Amazing people very kind and very very knowledgeable. They talked me through everything, explaining every test that my dog needed and possible diagnosis to expect based on her symptoms they never pushed for more tests than absolutely necessary and explained in detail what each test and treatment will do to help her.
