My husband and I have been going here for 20 years. I see the changes being made for the better i guess. I loved it when you couldn't get cell phone service, we could actually leave work and worries behind. I miss the loaf of bread with the sweet butter given at dinner. I would order that and take it to the room. The Dam burger is our sons favorite meal, i think it's because he says dam and thinks hes cussing. Keep remodeling the cabins, they need it. This place is the best nothing like it!

Used to be great family place to go Now Ive seen drinking on putt putt where kids were playing All about drinking crowd now, which is fine if u want to just not family place now

I been a lot of place in this old world and the Fontana dam and surrounding area is one of the Most beautiful I ever seen,I love the whole area.

Fontana has a laidback, peaceful charm. The staff is always friendly. I grew up going to Fontana every summer vacation, so it has a special place in my heart. Be sure to go to ice cream shop for the best ice cream around!
