I was told they DO NOT accept HMO or VSP, they only accept PPO. After contacting my insurance, I was informed they're not sure why I was told that.
I experienced very good service. They did every test on my eyes. They explained everything as they were going through the process. It was a great visit and I would recommend them on how their service was on point.
Great customer service. Very clean environment and everyone is very kind. Everything is explained to you with detail and patience. I definitely recommend this place.
First time here. Staff were super friendly, caring and kind. Their interactions with the patients waa really nice. Doctor was great. He took his time ans explained everything he was doing as we went through the exam. Great job all. Thanks.
It’s always nice to see the friendly faces at Fontana Optometric Group. They are kind, professional, and attentive to my concerns. I’ve been attending this eye doctor since 2003 when they had the office on Seville. I don’t even live in Fontana anymore and I still drive down the hill to go here.
