I scheduled a recall appointment for my Nissan. When I arrived, I was kept waiting and felt more pressure to discuss buying a new vehicle than getting my recall completed. After about an hour, I was told the recall part was not available, even though I had an appointment scheduled. I was not notified beforehand that the part was out of stock.
