Total bait and switch! The dealership takes advantage of consumers by charging outrageous prices on cars. They make it seem like it is non negotiable and that it is a mandatory cost. I found a used car at the Fontana Mazda online but once we got there after driving an hour, they said that the car was sold 10 minutes prior to arriving. WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS! BAIT AND SWITCH!! MANDATORY DEALERSHIP MARK UP! When we purchased the vehicle the "mandatory dealership markup" was sticker listed as $5000.00 then when it came time to do the paperwork OOOPS!!! it's supposed to be $8000.00. I recently purchased a used 2017 Honda Accord last month. I try to do a thorough walk thru of the vehicle before I purchase and found the typical scratches and chips. When I recently took the car in for a detail, they pointed out the front bumper was slightly off and upon further examination they showed me that it was being held up by a zip tie and glue. Buyer beware of false advertising on internet sales. After driving 80 miles and test driving car I left to think about it. That evening I called Shawn back to advise I would be back to get the car at listing price 21,600...he said that was lowest price. I decided to look at dealership reviews on Yelp. I called Shawn the next morning and asked for total out the door price of car. He said they like to go over that in person...I said I’m not moving forward until I know. False advertising on prices of used vehicles!! They use the bait and switch tactic! They bait you with a low price and turns out that price was a lie! They will tell you at first that low price is correct but then when you go to purchase the vehicle they say that there is added “benefits” to the vehicle and so the price is actually much higher than advertised. Do not get lured in by this tactic. It is a scam. They are dishonest and I would never purchase anything from a place that does this.

I can't emphasize enough how much you should avoid this dealership. Having read other reviews it seems I'm not the only one to experience something in this vein of dishonesty - I only wish I would have seen them before reaching out. Early this week I found a listing for a new Mazda3 Hatchback for $21,530. Thinking it was too good to be true, I made sure to confirm with their sales person of the price.
