Well, for starters, maybe respond in a positive manner to the critiques of your customers, and some of the more useless posts with bible verses and selfies.... Jeez, talk about poor marketing and public relations.
They locked my keys in the car... Damaged the door seal trying to get the door open... Wouldn't even talk about paying for repairs and would not even refund the cost of the car wash!!! And we spoke to the manager who was a total smart ass during the whole conversation not one apology for the damage.... talk about poor customer service! Would never go there again or recommended them
They were great until they stole my gas. Then When I asked them for the surveillance tapes they refused to hand them over or even to check them. Sorry but I'm never going back. Keep track of your fuel. Sad times we live in
