Best urgent care I’ve been too! Highly recommended!
First impression at the front desk was excellent, very polite and proffessional. Every time I’ve gone to an urgent care I’ve had to wait hours, the wait was about a half hour, so not bad at all. The nurse practitioner, Ms. Gena was so nice. I was in to get my 4 year olds cough checked out. She took her time and had great bed side manner. She didn’t want to pump my child up with a bunch of drugs and she let me know I could call to ask questions anytime. Thank you to Sarah and Tracey for being so hospitable yesterday and I was finally able to get the correct diagnosis and meds after two weeks of being sick. Great clinic , will be my go to clinic every time!
Sarah and the front desk staff were SO nice and professional. After Sarah told me what she believed was wrong, she continued to run more tests just to ease my mind. She never rushed me, she was so sweet and really cared about how I felt. I will continue to come to this clinic and refer my friends and family!
I have been going to Fountainbleu Urgent Care for three years and refuse to take my business anywhere else. Gina, Amanda, Sarah, Colten, Jordan; every staff member holds a special place in my heart. They care about your well being as much as you do. Believe me when I say that you are not a patient when you enter those doors, but a member of their family.
This is the only place I go! Sara is great! She is very caring and knows what she is doing!
