Not recommended at all! Very disorganized, the worst security, everybody can get in into the community with no authorization. The signs of "this place is under camera surveillance" are not true... there are not cameras in the garages or the buildings... every incident reported to the security guards, were never resolved... there were stealing, drug issues, prostitution and also murder in that place. Thanks God my family is away from there!!!
Bad place for your children. Many people park whatever they want because it doesn't have space to park after 9 pm, every parking is full. Plus that, the people driving like crazy, they don't respect the traffic and in my building every night the neighbors are drunk and the security don't do anything. A mouth ago, somebody kill her girlfriend in the apartment. A friend told me she saw how the police in to the her front apartment found guys who selling drugs and she has to leave because she call so many times to administration... read more

This student housing property has it all. I felt like it was a place where they really care about every resident.
University Place is a beautiful, friendly place and their staff is phenomenal!
Well I love the community is great so far just moved in a couple days ago so far so good..
