We spent 3 years at the Colony apartments and I must say I enjoyed living there. Excellent maintenance, never had to wait to get something fixed. The place always clean and very well organized. Security is very good, patrolling all the time giving you a good night sleep. I recommend highly. By the way the ladies at the office very friendly and willing to help. Ask for Miss Jessica and you’ll see.
You all pride yourselves in luxury and boast about all the improvements being made. You guys spent 6 months making improvements and repairing the elevators, yet every weekend, we have one elevator that is CONSTANTLY “out of service”. I know that this might seem minor to most, but this is just another issue to add to the already lengthy list of problems.
The Atmosphere here is great. A great location to live. Five mins to work (Downtown). Gym, gated & covered parking. Staff is exceptionally the best. Building is well kept. Quiet neighbors. Love it!

RecommendedI havent been here very long but the time I been here it's beautiful in tge apts.. There clean very nice place to stay and Mrs. Nina does everything I ask of her and goes out of her way to help me.. My house Is peaceful I have no worries ..
