Muchos comentarios muy buenos hasta el dia k te hacen algun daño mucha seguridad pero siempre hay un espacio para k hagan un daño cuando regresas del trabajo tarde ya ni hay donde parquear eso no lo ven solo si parqueas donde segun ellos no pueden parquear le pegan un wearning hay varios parqueos con motos para guardar parqueos y no se dan cuenta k estan ocupando los parqueos k ya no alcanzan para las personas k viven aki
Apartments at good place, closed to downtown, stores like Walmart, Costco and pharmacy's, gas station and Doral Park. Though you may feel its crowded, hard to find parking lot, maintenance not on time but these people are nice and helpful. Nice apartments, good swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub... It's wonderful to stay at Fontainebleau Milton Apartments.
The apartments are nice, however the refrigerator needs to be upgraded in addition a garbage disposal would be a plus in the kitchen. Laundry room needs to have washers and dryers repair. I feel all the repairs an upgrade are a must since they have it listed as luxury apartments. I enjoyed it my stayed while visiting.
My motorcycle was stolen here! Parking it's always full after 11pm! People are very noisy! Sometimes people drinks on their cars in the cover parking as I live in front I have to listen to them for hours! Avoid this rentals community!
It's too expensive to live here (they think it's Coco Plum) and the maintenance sucks...
