No lo recomiendo👎, actualmente vivo en el condominio, se robaron dos motos, una de ellas era la mía, y el condominio no ha querido colaborar en nada, no quiere mostrar las cámaras de seguridad, ni a la policia se las quiso mostrar, cuando hay algún inconveniente en fumigación, no solucionan, yo llevo más de 6 meses con una humedad, que apenas están solucionando, y llevo haciendo 4 llamadas para que por lo menos fumiguen el apto, y no colaboran. Poor experience. Expensive rent which they raise yearly. Amenities not included ie., gym. Broken elevators, washers and dryers. Moved out because the rent was through the roof. Still in the back and forth with United property management for them to return my deposit. 3 months now and no refund. Unfortunately had to notify better business bureau to inform. I hope no one else EVER has this happen to them. Be cautious.
Moving into Fontainebleau Milton has been a great experience for me. Especially because the move was made extremely smooth for me by the staff (a special shout out to Miguel). Miguel made sure all my requirements were met in time and in the best manner possible. Great location and great amenities... Thank you Guys! Definitely recommend! 🙂
Great location with good schools and close to all types of shopping. We have lived here for about 3yrs, and enjoy the free holiday parties/special events provided by management. Like any complex there are issues but the amenities, location, and helpfulness of the manager makes living here very convenient.
I am staying at Fontainbleau Milton from a year and I really like this place! It’s family, kids and pets friendly. Variety of features like swimming pool, ample parking, laundry service and fitness center. Loved the Luxor One package locker facility.
