RecommendedI really love living here. The maintenance is on point, the staff and security are all super friendly, and the amenities are amazing. The only downside is there is a hotel along with the residences that you have to share the pool with, but after 9 it’s residents only so it’s really never been a big issue. I would 100% recommend living here.
Recommendedin response to the post by Ashley. I can see having your car towed would be extremely frustrating and have done our very best so that doesn't happen. We have many signs posted throughout the complex parking area. In fact you passed 2 on the way in and 1 right in front of that parking spot. They read "TENANT PARKING ONLY " as well as "PERMIT PARKING RESIDENTS ONLY vehicles without valid parking permits will be towed at vehicle owner's expense. Management needs to learn how to be a decent human being and the basics of running a property. You're suppose to work with your tenants and understand that unfortunate situations may occur. Say for instance, 1a babysitter's vehicle that had been towed after 30 minutes because she parked in my sister's parking spot... you didn't bother calling the owner of the parking spot to clarify, instead, called a towed company forcing my sister to pay 330 dollars of her income. RecommendedAmazing staff that made everything so easy in getting my son set up for his new apartment. We visited 5 other apartment complex’s in Fresno and this was by far the best customer service that we received. They followed thru with everything they said they would do.
Somebody owns a noisy dog that yap yap yaps nonstop with its noise, all day and night, keeping decent neighbors awake. I wouldn't recommend the place to my worst enemy.
