Advertise swimming pool which we haven't had for 1 1/2 years; currently being repaired; new windows, siding, street repair. Siding installed late last year early this year now being caulked and hopefully painted. Tree trimmers are trimming the trees way too high and taking away shade and long time growth. Maintenance requests not handled in a timely manner and corporate office does not return calls. Substantial rent increase and new charge of $40 for water. No enforcement of dog clean-up.
Previous comments about windows are true, however they are currently in the process of replacing all the windows so before long that will not be a problem. I have never had a problem with maintenance. One night it was raining and we had a leak at 1030 pm and they came right over and fixed it. looks can be decieving – I lived here for a year they were full at the time so didnt get to look at an apartment at the time. When I did I moved right in always heard they were nice.They are ok if you dont need to open your windows for fresh air and if you could get them open better have something to hold them open.Its is more for people I guess that are retired because they have know activities for people that work.coffee time and bridge in morning hours. Maybe Yes, Maybe No ... – The maintenance issue mentioned earlier is real. Check your tenants rights before you move here -- the price and space may not be worth it. The smug family run attitude is "if you don't like it, you can move." -- A former 11-year tenant.
