The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They really have a state-of-the-art facility that just blows their competitors out of the water. Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Somewhat Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They take time out of their day to call and remind me so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. She is an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in her/their care. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've never had to worry about them not being able to help me when I've need it. They have staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. My operation went ... read more
