I went to my previous eye care center for over 20 years. Safe to say I have found my new long term practice. Great service and amazing staff! Dr. Rademacher and Sherri were extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this business to anyone in Grand Rapids.
First time patient today and I am very impressed with this place. My visit was an hour long from the time I checked into the time I checked out. My optometrist was really nice, and much more informative than anywhere I’ve gone before for eye exams. The receptionist are also very friendly and informative as well. Dont go here was told my insurance didn't cover any of the frames because Medicaid. Total lie after dealing with them over 10yrs. They didn't even care that I was leaving didnt try to help resolve my problems. Also they are allowed to make there rules but if you are willing to spend your money wit medicaid. Please go else where.
The doctors are great at what they do but I have to recognize the staff. They all work exceptionally hard to get you what you want for glasses or contacts within your budget. My raybans shipped all bent and they tried to fix them in house, couldn't and had Raybans expedite another pair. Great service and great people.
Best eye exam I've ever had and the optometrists are very friendly and sociable, made for a calming and much needed experience. Billers are very helpful as well working with my insurance carrier. Thank you!
