He has very good bedside manners. He is a caring Doctor.
Dr. Fong is absolutely wonderful he cares about his patients and very easy to communicate with.
Dr fong fixed my knee and right Achilles’ tendon this past year. He is very efficient and practical. He seems to really care. I haven’t had any problems at all from my surgeries. The facility where he does his surgery is awesome. The staff is very professional and caring! Dr Fongs office staff are very nice and caring. Those sweet ladies from the receptionist to the back all are very nice and accommodating. They always answered all my questions.

NEVER going back..from the moment I got to the receptionist to check in whom was UNCONCERNED with a COLD, NEGATIVE ATTITUDE I could not wait to leave to find a follow up appointment at another Orthopedic. Within 30 minutes of leaving Dr. Gong office seeing his P.A. SCOTT, I kept mumbling to myself…I’m NEVERRRR coming back here and I made another appointment. Torn ACL, NCL and Meniscus. Saw me day of accident and assistead in making decisions to have corrective surgery. Happy with results and follow up.

The wait is absolutely absurd. I understand everyone is busy but 2.5 hours before ever even speaking to someone is just not good business.
