Dr Fong and Scott Grow very professional and always take great care of their patients from start to finish . I highly recommend them.
He’s awesome! He did bilateral endo-carpal tunnel release. Not only did the surgery go as expected, I have all feeling in my right hand just a week and half after surgery. When I had issues with medication he was right on top of my care on a Saturday! Impeccable care and extremely professional staff! He’s definitely my go to orthopedist.
I was there today at 1:30. Pretty much went straight to a room. At that time I was the ONLY one in the waiting room. From then until 3 p.m. I heard Dr. Fong going from room to room talking to patience. But not once did anyone come to my room. I finally went to the desk said I had waited long enough and was leaving. Not one of these women said they were sorry or would try and fix it. Instead I was told ok!!!!!! You think I went there because I like going to drs? I am in PAIN!!!!
Very professional. A very caring attitude. Comes highly recommended. Scott Grow was very methodical and got to the root of my problem. Staff was very friendly
