The service man Marcus came out and was very professional and always is when I need them. We have been using them for years and they are always on point with the problem. They listen and then fix the problem.
I far away from home. I already know my compactor went bad. Technician show up . Replaced my compactor for 30 minutes and charged me $180. The part cost less than $30 on Amazon.
My a/c went out in this heatwave (end June '22). I called before 9am & spoke to the nicest secretary with a great personality. She put my work request out and these guys actually arrived before lunchtime! They were quick, quiet & professional. They had to go buy a part, returned and had cool air flowing again before 1pm. I will call them again should the need arise.
