The "property manager lady with black hair and a smaller older guy", have been harassing kids in that area for over 10 years. I'm now 21 years old and have been harassed by those 2 my whole life and just recently this month. I would never allow any children arund them please be careful around them. I asked for her supervisors number and she wouldn't giveit to me me me she also stared sr owned te property by said she worked ft a company so she lied plenty of times about that
Bad management!! Ugly apartments not worth the money..
