I'm probably John's only repeat customer from Delaware. I just purchased a Trek FX 2 and am extremely well pleased with the purchase. The fitting was spot on at the shop, the differences between the FX line was clearly explained and I could not of felt more comfortable during the purchase process. I had the best experience with Fond du Lac Cyclery! The owner John took the time to hear what I was looking for and then assisted me to find the model that would work best for my individual needs. Then when the bike arrived, the gentleman at the shop assisted me in find and fitting a helmet and making sure the bike was fitted just for me. I cannot say enough about Fond du Lac Cyclery and the owner John!!! He and his friendly staff have gone above and beyond to build relationships with their customers. Anytime I need something taken care of regarding any aspect of cycling John is there to help. I have the utmost trust in John and his staff to take care of my bikes. I would not go anywhere else!!
