Had no problems while we lived there but 3 months after we moved out we get a bill for over 300 dollars for “damages” we absolutely did not make but since we had no way to prove it we had to pay it. Absolutely don’t rent from them they will squeeze every dollar out of you that they possibly can after you move out and are horrible to try to work with.
I’ve lived here since 2021 and I have loved calling it home. I upgraded from a 1bed to a 2bed with no issue… also the lofts are the cutest thing ever. The maintenance men are super friendly (fix any problems in a timely manner) and always make me feel welcome with conversation. I enjoy that the office has drinks and snacks for us and they do little “things” for lack of better words every so often for the complex. Although I have loved living here, I find myself in a sticky situation. First we are being charged almost $1,200 (does not cover utilities) for a whole months worth of rent when our lease ends on 08/10. My roommate and I have been trying to reach out to the manager to see why we are being billed this much. We have NOT been able to get in contact with anybody. We have tried since last week to reach out and no one reaches back out to us. We would love to stop by the office, however by the time we get off work and make it back ... read more
Love the location of this property! It's perfectly tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The office and maintenance staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful!
We called this complex our home for the past 7 years and couldn't be more happy. The staff are super nice. If anything needs to be fixed, the maintenance people fix it up right away. The seasonal events that take place are super fun. Fast wifi. If we didn't have to relocate for work, we'd still be here. Thank you all for the memories. ❤️ The Vangs
