Had a great time. Bands were really good, reasonable prices, was a good time.

Great event, however VIP was a joke! Not sure what we paid the extra money for besides a light up glass. The VIP bar area was in the same area as the other bars, not worth the extra money. Lesson learned. Also need to have better quality of alcohol and make drinks. A shot of liquor and a mixer and not even stirring it with cheap liquor does not make for a good drink.

Parking and shuttles were great. We were able to get our coupons for the beer. While the food trucks were great, it would have been nice to have popcorn or something else besides heavy food. Definitely loved that BaconMania was there! I agree with others in that I could not see any difference between the VIP ticket prices and general admission. We loved the band Supercilious and hope to see them again. They had the crowd singing along with them. The event was sold out! We will definitely be back again next year.

Great event. Didn't get much for the $20 extra I paid for the Rockstar access. And drinks were expensive. Bands were good. I'll be back.

Rather than having the event on Sutter Street it was held in the parking lot below - so basically the event was in a parking lot with no seating or ability to stop at restaurants or bars along the way.

Oddly, the crowds gravitated towards the other stages featuring cover and tribute bands - still fun, but much less musically compelling; on the plus side - those of us at the main stage didn't have to deal with an unpleasant crowd. Watching sound setup and check for Fleetwood Mask (one of the cover bands) - extending a half hour or so past the set's start time - was entertaining and disappointing at the same time. Food options were ok once the lines... read more
