The service advisor was not friendly not willing to fix the issue that they did. After spending hundreds of dollars to fix on my Tacoma. The advisor I worked with argued with everything that I was saying. He was trying to upsell with stuff I didn’t need to replace not friendly at all.
This place is great. With great mechanics and customer service. Not sure if the excessive dealer prices meet the value. I would shop around for another shop if price is important.

I recently had an insuance claim processed through Folsom Lake Toyota Service Center and was assigned Assistant Service Manager, Rob Odum. Dealing with insuance was extremely stressful however Rob made my experience through the service center as easy as possible. Rob was available and very responsive at all times. He worked directly with my insurance adjuster and ensured the parts needed for the repair were available prior to having my car towed in.
