Preferred dealer service place of mine for taking both my personal truck and company work vehicles to.
Great service shop/ dealership. Only issue is when people say “Folsom Lake Toyota” they don’t usually mean this location. The other one is near the Folsom Outlets off of highway 50 & Folsom blvd. You have to look at the address at the bottom of the webpage. Otherwise; my experience was uneventful. I had to get a recall fixed; something with the airbag’s sensor or something. All was fixed though; no other issues. All in all a pleasant experience.
Folsom Lake Toyota’s service department took great care of my truck. The staff was professional, kept me updated, and completed the work on time. They explained everything clearly and didn’t push unnecessary repairs. My truck runs great, and I trust their team to keep it that way. Highly recommend their service side for reliable, honest maintenance and repairs.
Do not get any services done at this location. You will wait a very unreasonable amount of time for an overpriced service. It is ridiculous every time, and my family has been coming to this service center for more than 20 years. Every time no matter how simple your service you will spend double the time you should waiting for your vehicle. The staff also give you attitude when questioned.
