Bought my first travel trailer at Folsom Lake RV. Everyone and Brad was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable of RV's, gave valuable advise and made sure all my needs in finding the right RV for me were addressed and taken care of. They made sure my vehicle was right for the trailer and made sure I was properly and safely equipped for my Journey across to the east coast. I very much enjoy my first RV choice and choosing to visit Folsom Lake RV first.
I purchased my first travel trailer from these folks. Cary Greenberg and Melinda in financing made it happen. I can't thank them enough. This trailer saved me from the devastating wildfires we had in Sonoma County and provided me with shelter. I ended up living in it for almost 4 months. I truly thank everyone at Folsom Lake RV Center.
We bought a Sofitel teardrop trailer here and Folsom Lake RV made sure that everything was done right, or they had it fixed. Excellent service - and as a customer, that's the main thing. Excellent products and service. The sales reps aren't pushy at all, either.
This would be ONE star, but the employees here are kind and courteous. Genuinely like them. That said, I consider this an education in new RV ownership.
