Horrible experience, fighting me all the way. Trailer has leaked, even with video/photos and damages caused STILL they won’t admit it with all the evidence and damages. Won’t fix them either, not sure it’s fixable n e way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ••• RUN AWAY AND FAST! DO EXTENSIVE RESEARCH AND ASK OTHER RV OWNERS B4 U BUY N E THING!

We recently purchased a brand new Cougar fifth wheel and I was blown away by such a great experience at Folsom RV! Our salesman Ali, Melinda in finance, and Tom who did our delivery were so kind, helpful, and just generally enjoyable to be around, but also EVERY SINGLE PERSON that we spoke to in the RV center was friendly and helpful. Their service department is inefficient!! A brand new trailer, problems since day one, and no response from them as to when we can expect our trailer to be finished with repairs. They have had it for three weeks already, and nothing done! No phone calls returned and even the manufacturer cannot give us answers. The communication between the RV center and the manufacturer apparently does not happen. A beautiful vehicle that we can't even use!! They were great to buy from and when my trailer was under the manufacture warranty they were great but as soon as my extra warranty they sold me and told me it was almost exactly the same came into effect service went down hill. I kept telling them what the problem was and my wife got it to act up for them and all they told me was I didn’t turn my battery disconnect on. State they only service RVs they sell. Told us to we have to use RV with problems until we get back to NY. Continues to insist this is industry standard despite contrary information from manufacturers customer service. They obviously don’t ever travel any distance with an RV or they would know problems occur while traveling.
