Made an appointment for my husband to get a physical as well as a referral. Made it 2.5 weeks out and when he got there they saw him and said he needed to come in and schedule an appointment for a physical because they didn’t have time that day. They did absolutely nothing. No referral he basically went there and they wasted his time. So unprofessional!

So Terrible. I’m switching providers because of their poor service. It’s almost impossible to schedule an appointment. They either not answering the phone or putting you “on a brief hold” which can last anywhere from 10 to 30 mins up to disconnection. They never call back. Their providers are constantly booked months ahead. No, thanks.
Wonderful people in the front office which is of upmost importance. Secondly, Both the doctor and the nurse practitioner are superb.
