Every visit to this office seems to reinforce the same disappointing conclusion: patient care and customer service simply do not appear to be a priority. No one ever returns calls. When you finally manage to speak with someone and ask why your calls were not returned, the response is simply, “We are busy.” Being busy cannot be an acceptable excuse for repeatedly failing to communicate with patients. It’s time now to report them to the board. I have no problem with Dr. Firoz but not at all with the PAs and the office staff. 1. I was told by the doctor to take pneumonia shot snd I agreed. The shot was given by students who were very inexperienced and did hurt me in the process 2. My wife had a tele health appointment, the PA not only came late but failed to discuss her test results in its entirety. We called Dignity Health to send us the x-ray results and then only we found out that her broken metatarsal didn’t heal. The ... read more
The providers I’ve seen for the past 10 months, Dr. Hadi Firoz and Jasleen Agroia, NP, are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. They truly listen to my concerns and are excellent at responding to emails promptly. The entire office has such a friendly atmosphere; the nurses and staff are awesome and caring—especially Saima, Emily for her diligent follow-ups, and Siri at the front desk. I appreciate everything they do!
I was under the care of this doctor for two years. I found him to eventually be not-effective and a poor communicator regarding explaining your own condition. He's a punch the timeclock kind of doctor not offerring any info and rushing you. He also runs your bill up by requesting unneccessary appointments which are very expensive - more than other health providers. Made an appointment for my husband to get a physical as well as a referral. Made it 2.5 weeks out and when he got there they saw him and said he needed to come in and schedule an appointment for a physical because they didn’t have time that day. They did absolutely nothing. No referral he basically went there and they wasted his time. So unprofessional!
