Found the Sportage I was interested-in. Called the sales manager RC and told him what I was looking for in a deal - he responded right away w a great offer . I accepted and went to the dealership the next day and was in and out in 1 HOUR! Fantastic experience. SUV was gassed up and detailed while I signed paperwork. And I love my Sportage Hybrid!

This review does not apply to Zachary Cyr--he was always great. I bought my car here several years ago and only used to go here for maintenance. Last time I took my car for regular maintenance, which ended up being the 60K maintenance package, they offered to wash my car as usual. Once they returned the car, I noticed that the back panel of the trunk where the license plate is was matte/cloudy--it was NOT like this before.
