The staff is excellent and treated us very well. Highly recommend this dealer. Did not pay above MSRP. Later had a serious service issue with multiple scratches and gouges in the car from the service department. Wasn’t fully fixed to our satisfaction and took too long.

Not impressed with recent service encounter when I go out of my way to bring both of my cars the extra distance to this location because prior services were always phenomenal. My car was here 3 full days and I listed all of my concerns based on information from Serramonte Kia in the Bay Area the day before on the appointment request for Folsom in addition to the active check engine light.
