This place is terrible. I waited over two hours and I told the employee I would be waiting. When I then go and ask two hours later for an update she says “oh I didn’t know you were waiting” after she had walked by me multiple times telling me where the coffee was. They then said they can shuttle me home. I refused and left. I will be going to Roseville KIA from now on. Folsom KIA wasted my time.
Everything was done in a timely fashion. The service was quick and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
I came in because there was 3 recalls on my car, and the service was great! Scott was super helpful, and the service was fast. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here!
Applied online, and had a trade and guy calls me and says the bank needs 5500 down. So I go to my old sales guy at Roseville Kia and they take my trade with 500 down and we get a brand new Kia K4. Folsom Kia do better.
