Appointment was on time, courteous, was given a ride to a fitness club to work out while my car was being serviced, turned to a clean car with all of the work completed. My only criticism is far too many emails reminding me to get an appointment and an email when i checked to to see if i wanted to sell my car (I would appreciate not getting those emails/texts).
We just bought a 2024 Ioniq 5. Our experience was seamless and Don was energetic and fantastic! 12/10 would buy from Folsom Hyundai again.

7/28/2026 - I brought my 2016 Santa Fe for service today and once again received excellent adviser service from Bryce. He reviewed my vehicle's file, made recommendations and promptly got the work to an excellent technician, Andres. The work was completed promptly and as always, accurately.
I have been very happy with Folsom Lake Hyundai. I was very happy with all aspects of sales and service the first time as well as the second visit; low key, no pressure and informative on my first purchase of my Ioniq 5 and this time in the replacement purchase after a rear-ender totaled my first Hyundai. Staff are great, ready to work with me and informative all along the process. They even helped in the "total-out" process of my previous vehicle. I will recommend Folsom Lake Hyundai to friends.
