First time purchasing a Hyundai and first time dealing with Folsom Lake Hyundai - an all around positive experience from the first interaction through the purchase of our new Palisade. Our sales rep, Hakeem, was professional, low pressure and a straight shooter, great to work with.
Dalton made the car buying process enjoyable. He listened to my needs and was able to accommodate my requests. He had diligent follow-up skills after the purchase, and repeatedly told me he’d continue to be available if I needed any help with my new Santa Fe.
Couldn't have been easier. Barbara made it quick and triendly. Franklin also was great. Felt very little pressure the whole time. My only complaint os car buying always seems to take 3 minimum hours no matter what.
