would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. They pulled my credit, informed me that I was approved, and then left me waiting for weeks with virtually no communication. Despite repeated delays, no paperwork was ever sent and no clear explanation was provided. Having your credit run is not something most people take lightly, so being told you're approved and then essentially ghosted is extremely frustrating. I wanted to finance my EV purchase through a credit union or a more mission-driven lender such as Beneficial State Bank, and I was fairly vocal about that preference during the process. However, I ultimately left with a Bank of America loan instead. Omg. What a team!! My daughter and I were on our way to another dealership when I said let's stop at Folsom Hyundai and look for what's available. We were just looking as I wanted a 2023 Hyundai ioniq5. GLAD WE DID! We met a great salesman, Available. Took us out to look at the used ioniq5 's. Helped show the differences between 2023 and 2024 all the trims. He and the finance mgr worked together to give me a great deal. So after so many years here we are. I think they have turned it around here, there are a few faces that looked familiar but overall it’s a new team and a new building! I dealt with Hakeem (Sales) and Arin (Finance) first contact was pretty smooth. Went in to look at an Ioniq 5, have been impressed with the design and features (Owned a Model Y and Prologue) so EVs are my thing.
