I bought a 2023 F-150 three weeks ago. It was sold to me as a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) vehicle the ****** confirms it but the dealer never activated the warranty or gave me any contract. Worst experience ever , they sold me a lemon . The truck literally left me stranded after a week of ownership, which is totally unacceptable considering that they charged me fees that are supposedly to cover the inspection and repairs maintenance that the truck needed in order to comply with their standards, plus they didnt wanted to pay me for the tow truck because the invoice wasnt showing the vin number , the car gave me a lot of issues in only three weeks of ownership and when they bought it back they gave 3100 dollars l... read more
I’m a 73 years old female with health issues, and this dealership has had my car which is under a Warranty Recall, and the dealer is not doing anything to fix my problem, I’ve called him, with no satisfaction, he doesn’t call me with a update, his attitude is very raw, and I don’t know what else to do, so I’m reaching out to y’all for help
I purchased a car from this dealership, with a down payment of $2500, after 2 weeks still under warranty, the sound from the engine changed, the noise got so bad that I had to take it back. I was asked to make another down payment in other for them to get the car changed just after 2 weeks of first down payments. My husband leased a Mustang Mach-E that left us stranded on the side of the road several times. One time on the highway with kids in the car. It took 4 visits for the same problem for Frontier to FINALLY take us seriously. They found what was wrong but are in no hurry to fix the car. It has been 5 weeks and we are paying a lease payment on a car WE DO NOT HAVE USE OF! Trust me - Im a pretty particular person that has high expectations when buying a car and Essential Ford met or exceeded all of my expectations!From sales to management to the financial closing the experience was wonderful.
